Child Policy
  • 1 child below 7 years complimentary, others will be charged 25% of double's cost.
  • Children between 7-12 years 25% of the cost of double package in the same rooms.
  • Above 12 years at 40% the cost of the double package.
Important Note
  • 4 Luxury rooms (long stay Rooms) are also available.
  • 50% advance at the time of booking and balance 2 weeks before the date of travel, in Delhi office.
  • No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.
  • All National Parks in Central India will remain closed on Wednesday afternoons.
Cancellation Policy (Applicable only when confirmed by email)
DURATION REFUNDABLE AMOUNT
  • 7 days and less 100 % cancellation charge.
  • 8 days to 21 days 60 % cancellation charge.
  • 21 days to 45 days 40 % cancellation charge.
  • 45 days and above 20% cancellation charge.
  • Minimum 20% cancellation will be applicable on all bookings.
  • Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
  • Long weekend bookings like new year, Christmas, Holi and Diwali are non-refundable.
  • Covid Policy : Due to unfavourable travel conditions, if you are unable to travel as planned, we recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling. We are flexible with our reschedule policy and there will be no charges for any rescheduling from our end till 15 days prior to arrival.
